Our client is seeking a temporary to permanent Office Manager to oversee daily operations and foster a professional environment in their office located in Silver Spring, MD!
About the Job:
- Oversee the use of buildings for events, meetings, and projects while ensuring compliance and managing logistics.
- Address maintenance needs for buildings and equipment.
- Support vendor procurement and confirm their services align with operational needs.
- Maintain schedules, prepare correspondence, and support data entry.
- Complete additional tasks/special projects as needed.
About You:
- A bachelor's degree is highly preferred.
- 3+ years of strong administrative or office management are required.
- Familiarity with healthy and safety regulations is a plus!
- Strong skills in MS Office Suite and other office management software.
- Able to communicate across levels and adapt to shifting priorities.
About the Position:
- Pays $21/hr-$24/hr, depending on experience.
- Up to $50k, when permanent, DOE.
- Hours are 8:30am-5:00pm.
- 100% onsite in Silver Spring, MD.
- Metro accessible and free parking!
