Our client, a prominent company in the legal field, is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analysis to support ongoing data operations. This contract-to-hire role involves managing sensitive information, processing and analyzing program data, generating insights, manipulating data, and ensuring accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
About the Job:
- Retrieve, organize, and save client securities transaction and holding statements
- Reformat and manipulate data in Excel for import into databases
Review upload reports, resolve anomalies, and ensure data accuracy
Communicate with clients, banks, and internal teams to address data needs- Conduct audits, track recurring processes, and support historical data projects
- Identify and recommend improvements to data collection and import processes
About You:
- Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience considered
- Strong Excel skills with ability to troubleshoot data formatting/import issues
- Analytical, detail-oriented, and highly organized with strong time management
- Effective communicator who can work independently and collaboratively
- Comfortable handling both numeric and alpha data; basic investment knowledge a plus
- Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn new systems and tools
This contract-to-hire Data Analyst opportunity is offering an hourly contracted rate of $16.00, and a permanent rate of $15.00 with a competitive benefits package.
