Our client, a prominent law firm, is seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Associate to support ongoing data operations. This contract-to-hire role involves managing sensitive information, processing and analyzing data, generating reports, manipulating data in Excel, and ensuring accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
About the Job:
- Retrieve, organize, and save client securities transaction and holding statements
- Reformat and manipulate data in Excel for import into databases
Review upload reports, resolve anomalies, and ensure data accuracy
- Communicate with clients, banks, and internal teams to address data needs
About You:
- Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience considered
- Strong Excel skills with ability to troubleshoot data formatting/import issues
- Analytical, detail-oriented, and highly organized with strong time management
- Effective communicator who can work independently and collaboratively
- Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn new systems and tools
This contract-to-hire opportunity is offering an hourly contracted rate of $16.00, and a permanent rate of $15.00 with a competitive benefits package.
