A growing manufacturing company is searching for a Customer Service Coordinator. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting customer needs and coordinating inventory between multiple sites. This is an excellent opportunity to build your career in a dynamic and team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries, providing accurate information regarding orders, lead times, and product availability.
• Enter, update, and maintain data in the ERP system, including customer orders, inventory levels, and shipment information.
• Coordinate the movement of inventory and materials between domestic production facilities to ensure timely fulfillment of customer orders and efficient use of resources.
• Collaborate with planning, production, and logistics teams to manage production schedules and meet delivery deadline continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain organized records of communications, schedules, and order changes.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• 1+ years experience in customer service, logistics, scheduling, or production planning.
• Ability to travel occasionally to U.S. production sites.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
