Our client, a mission-driven nonprofit organization located in Lexington, MA, is seeking a Marketing and Communications Manager to join their team on a temp-to-hire basis. The position offers a hybrid schedule (3-4 days onsite, 1 remote), onsite parking, and hours of 8:30/9:00am-5:00pm. It is compensating up to $32 an hour, depending on experience. Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute organization-wide marketing and communications strategies
- Create tailored campaigns using collected community data
- Produce content across email, website, social media, and print channels
- Manage branding, graphic design projects, and multimedia content creation
- Lead email marketing and social media efforts
- Monitor and improve website engagement and performance
- Track, analyze, and report on marketing campaign results to guide strategy
- Ensure clear, consistent messaging that strengthens community connection and engagement
Candidate Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field
- 3-5 years of marketing/communications experience, ideally in a small-team environment
- Proficiency with tools such as Google Analytics, Constant Contact, Adobe Creative Suite, and CRM systems
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills and customer-service mindset
