Our client, a prominent commercial real estate management firm, is seeking a Tenant Services Coordinator to join their team. This role provides administrative support to the Real Estate Management Team while ensuring excellent tenant and vendor service. It's an excellent opportunity for candidates with strong administrative experience and an interest in commercial property management eager to join a collaborative a growth-oriented team.
About the Job:
- Provide administrative support including phone coverage, correspondence, expense reports, scheduling, and meeting coordination.
- Maintain tenant, vendor, and property files, including lease abstracts and insurance certificates.
- Coordinate work orders, track maintenance items, and liaise with vendors and building staff.
- Support tenant engagement by coordinating appreciation events and newsletters.
- Assist with budget preparation, cost research, and management reporting.
- Administer accounts payable/receivable, invoice processing, and CAM (Common Area Maintenance) charges.
- Track lease expirations, options, and compliance requirements.
- Manage service contracts and vendor insurance compliance.
About You:
- 2+ years of administrative experience in commercial property management preferred.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to draft clear correspondence and reports.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) required; familiarity with property management software a plus.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborative, professional, and eager to grow within property management.
This permanent position offers an annual salary starting at 65,000. Fully onsite in Northeast Philadelphia, this opportunity is ideal for a hands-on, collaborative property management looking to grow within a dynamic organization.
