Our client, a dynamic multinational law firm, is seeking a direct-hire Business Operations Analyst to join their busy team in Washington, DC! If you are highly professional and have strong previous administrative support experience, apply now!
About the Job:
- Support calendar management by scheduling meetings, calls, and events.
- Generate reports and presentations for supervisors and the department.
- Handle system updates, budget maintenance, and file maintenance.
- Act as an administrative liaison for both internal and external parties.
- Support special projects and related tasks as assigned.
About You:
- 3+ years of administrative support experience required; Professional services or legal experience is preferred.
- An associate's degree is required; a bachelor's degree is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and meeting platforms.
- Detail-oriented with excellent communication, time management, and multitasking skills.
- Proactive and resourceful with a collaborative mindset.
About the Position:
- $58K-$72K (DOE).
