Our client is seeking a highly organized and personable Temporary to Permanent Executive/Personal Assistant to support the Founder. This role operates on a flexible hybrid schedule requiring the candidate to go into Manhattan 1-3 days a week. With working hours being from 9am-6pm daily.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-level executive and light personal support to the Founder.
- Manage complex scheduling, calendar oversight, and email communications.
- Coordinate all travel logistics, including hotels, cars/chauffeurs, and flights.
- Track, process, and reconcile business and personal expenses.
- Organize and maintain legal, financial, and business documents.
- Assist with ongoing retail projects
- Collaborate on branding, social media, and design initiatives for new business ventures.
- Support with personal tasks, including doctor's appointments, scheduling, and errands that require phone communication.
- Maintain professionalism and discretion when handling confidential information.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 5+ years of experience in an executive assistant, personal assistant, or related support role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with high attention to detail.
- Must have own laptop and cell phone.
- Proficiency in Apple products and comfort with FaceTime as a primary communication tool.
- Prior experience managing expenses, travel logistics, and sensitive documentation.
- Experience in retail operations, branding, or social media is a strong plus.
- Knowledge or interest in AI, tech accessibility, or entertainment/production is highly desirable.
- Must be based in New York City with the ability to work onsite 1-3 days per week (locations include Tribeca, downtown WeWork, and Brooklyn).
- Polite, kind, and professional with excellent communication skills.
- Fun, personable, and down-to-earth - able to build a strong working relationship with the Founder.
- Flexible and adaptable; able to manage changing priorities with a calm demeanor.
Compensation:
- DOE 90k-120k, hourly in line
