Our client, a professional educational membership association, is looking for a temporary-to-hire Membership Sales Representative to join their team in Arlington, VA!
About the Job:
- Recruit new, re-instate lapsed, and retain current members.
- Research higher education membership values.
- Provide membership, product, and service information and resolve membership, product, and service problems.
- Help maintain association membership database based on information collected in the course of sales duties
About You:
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 1+ years of membership or customer service experience are required.
- Experience at a membership organization, ideally education, is highly desired.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Word and Outlook; iMIS experience is a plus!
About the Position:
- Pays $22/hr-$26/hr, depending on experience
- Hours are 9am-5pm.
- Starting early September and lasting through October.
- Potential for the assignment to extend through the end of the year.
- Hybrid with 2-3 days/week onsite in Arlington, VA.
