This temporary Executive Assistant position is a 3+ month medical leave coverage role based in Westwood, MA. The role follows a hybrid schedule and hours are 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM with a 30-minute lunch, and the pay rate is $40-$45 per hour. The position is within a professional services environment, offering exposure to a fast-paced investment team.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage heavy calendars and coordinate internal and external meetings.
- Organize complex domestic and international travel arrangements.
- Track business expenses and prepare detailed expense reports.
- Create and maintain documents in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Log hours for investment professionals and handle ad hoc administrative projects.
Candidate Qualifications:
- Prior Executive Assistant experience in a professional services or corporate setting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong organizational, prioritization, and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and relationship management abilities, with a proactive and flexible mindset.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
