Our client, an environmentally focused non-profit organization, is seeking a temporary Program Coordinator to join their Energy team.
About the Job:
* Manage the monthly project forecast and ensure budget is properly accounted for and variances are explained.
* Facilitate contract preparation, manage vendors, and update project management software.
* Support complex calendaring, travel coordination, expense reporting, and note-taking.
* Track expenses, support expense reports, and handle invoices.
* Support the design, planning and execution of events.
* Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.
About You:
* 3+ years of strong project management experience in a fast-paced environment are required.
* A bachelor's degree is required.
* Experience with invoices and budget management is highly desired.
* Nonprofit experience is highly desired.
* Strong self-starter with exceptional multi-tasking and prioritization skills.
* Proficient in MS Office, especially Outlook and Excel.
About the Position:
* $28/hr-$31hr, depending on experience.
* Temporary for 6 months.
* Potential for the position to become permanent.
* If permanent, salary of up to $65k.
* Hours are 9am-5pm.
