Beacon Hill has partnered with a nonprofit in Chicago in hiring a Marketing Project Manager to start immediately. Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Marketing Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of marketing campaigns and initiatives. This role bridges the gap between strategy and execution, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with business goals. The ideal candidate is skilled at managing multiple stakeholders, budgets, and timelines while maintaining a strong focus on results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing campaigns, events, and initiatives across multiple channels (digital, print, social, events, etc.).
- Develop and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Act as the primary liaison between marketing, creative, sales, product, and external vendors/agencies.
- Monitor project performance, track deliverables, and ensure quality standards are met.
- Identify risks, resolve project issues, and proactively communicate updates to stakeholders.
- Support campaign reporting by collecting performance data and preparing post-project evaluations.
- Ensure all projects align with brand guidelines, compliance requirements, and overall business strategy.
- Implement project management best practices, tools, and processes to improve efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in marketing project management or related role.
- PMP or project management certification required.
- Experience with project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello, Wrike, Monday.com, Smartsheet).
- Strong understanding of marketing channels, campaigns, and performance metrics.
- Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
