Responsibilities:
- Verify claim forms and attachments for accuracy and completeness
- Obtain any missing information by calling customers
- Assist in processing claims for the department
- Work on additional projects as assigned
Requirements:
- 1+ year of experience working with medical claims or in an office-based healthcare setting
- Prior experience working in pharmacy benefits, healthcare insurance, or medical billing
- Microsoft Office Suite proficiency
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
