Our client, a real-estate company in Washington, DC, is urgently seeking a temporary to permanent Property Manager who is bilingual in Spanish to join their busy team! If you are warm and personable with 5+ years of strong property experience and a bachelor's degree, apply now!
Responsibilities:
* Oversee daily operations while managing leases, renewals, and budgets.
* Supervise on-site staff and coordinate vendors.
* Ensure compliance with housing regulations, maintain property records.
* Collaborate to assist with marketing and retention efforts.
* Complete additional tasks and special projects as required.
Qualifications:
* 5+ years of property management support experience are required.
* A bachelor's degree is required for this role.
* Professional bilingual Spanish speaking, reading, and writing capability is required.
* Excellent computer skills; proficient in Microsoft Office Products, RealPage, and OneSite.
* Warm and personable with a knack for guest satisfaction.
* Possess excellent multitasking, collaboration, oral/written communication skills.
Position Information:
* $30/hr-$34/hr, while temporary, DOE.
* Converts to a salary of $70k-$75k, when permanent.
* Hours are 9am-5pm.
* 100% onsite in Washington, DC.
* Metro accessible office!
