Executive Search firm seeks to hire a Part Time Temporary Client Feedback Coordinator! This role starts ASAP and is an open-ended temp contract. The part time schedule is hours per day, twenty hours per week - ideally Mon-Fri 9am-1pm. This role is remote, but they do want this person to come onsite once a month. Duties will include serving as a liaison between the Assignment teams and Client Feedback Consultants when the need arises, guiding search teams on the client feedback system especially the batching process when necessary, managing the Client Feedback queues and outlook inbox, responding to Assignment team, Client Feedback Consultants and client emails in a timely manner, and generating Client Feedback Consultants invoices monthly and pulling together client feedback summaries as requested. The ideal candidate will be someone with prior client service or customer service experience along with someone who has a sense of urgency and can problem solve challenging situations. A bachelor's degree is required. Hourly pay rate is up to $28.00/hr DOE.
