About You:

• 1+ years of experience in a receptionist based role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-first approach
• Familiarity with scheduling systems, electronic medical records (EMR), or insurance verification preferred
• Ability to multitask effectively and remain calm in a fast-paced, high-volume setting
• Organized, reliable, and able to maintain confidentiality with sensitive information

About the Job:

• Serve as the first point of contact for patients, greeting them warmly in person and over the phone
• Schedule appointments, confirm patient information, and manage daily calendars for providers
• Verify insurance coverage, collect co-pays, and ensure accurate entry of patient data into EMR systems
• Handle patient inquiries with professionalism and empathy, escalating complex issues when necessary
• Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to ensure smooth daily operations and a positive patient experience

This is a contract opportunity set to last at least two month and is paying up to $20.50/hour depending on experience.
