Our client, a global life sciences consulting firm, is seeking a Senior Administrative Assistant in New York, NY. They are seeking an individual with strong communication and multitasking skills, who's detail oriented with a take charge attitude! The hours are 9:00am-5:00pm with minimal overtime. This role is onsite 5 days per week to start, transitioning to a 4/1 hybrid schedule once established.
Responsibilities:
* Manage complex calendars for 4-5 senior leaders, anticipating scheduling conflicts and priorities
* Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, and ground transportation
* Process and reconcile expenses in a timely manner
* Provide project support, including tracking deliverables, maintaining documentation, and assisting with invoicing processes
* Partner with the Administrative team, mentoring junior staff and supporting training initiatives
* Contribute to office operations and internal initiatives, including event planning, onboarding, and affinity groups
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree preferred
* 2-4+ years of administrative experience, including managing multiple executive calendars and expenses
* Experience supporting senior leaders or teams in a fast-paced, professional environment
* Strong organizational, prioritization, and communication skills
* Professional, detail-oriented, and able to work with different personalities across leadership
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Compensation/Benefits:
* Up to $80,000 base salary + discretionary bonus
