Our client, a mission-driven organization in Washington, DC, is seeking a part-time Compensation Analyst to support their team for 9 months!
About the Job:
- Conduct job evaluations, job description reviews, and market-based pay benchmarking to ensure consistency and competitiveness.
- Manage compensation data, salary structures, and survey participation.
- Prepare recommendations, present findings to management, and support additional compensation projects as needed.
About You:
- Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) or equivalent experience with compensation structures and benchmarking.
- Skilled in Salary.com tools (CompAnalyst, JobArchitect).
- Proficient in Workday and Excel, with experience benchmarking technical and research-focused roles.
About the Position:
- Part-time, project-based role.
- 25 hours per week.
- $40/hr-$45/hr, depending on experience.
- Based in Washington, DC.
