Our client, a leadership advisory consulting firm, is seeking an Administrative Business Partner to join their team. They are looking for an individual with strong multitasking and organization skills, who can adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment! The hours are 9:00am-5:00/5:30pm with flexibility to respond to urgent needs after hours. This role is mainly remote with the need to be in the office sporadically throughout the month. Given this, applicants must live within a commutable distance to mid-town Manhattan.
Responsibilities:
* Manage complex, multi-time zone calendars, anticipate conflicts, and prepare stakeholders with agendas and briefing materials
* Partner with client-delivery teams to track priorities, manage projects, and support Salesforce data accuracy
* Coordinate and adjust travel arrangements and process expenses with attention to detail and timeliness
* Build relationships across the firm, serve as backup support to other ABPs, and share best practices within the team
* Contribute to onboarding, special projects, and firm-wide initiatives that enhance operations and client delivery
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree required
* 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Business Partner, or in a similar client-facing support role
* Proven ability to manage shifting priorities in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
* Strong organizational skills, sound judgment, and discretion with sensitive information
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills across teams and with external stakeholders
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Zoom/Teams; Salesforce and Concur experience a plus
Compensation/Benefits:
* Up to $120,000 base salary + bonus
