This temporary Data Entry Assistant position offers $22 per hour and is based onsite in Waltham, MA. The role is with a private, non-profit organization dedicated to supporting seniors, individuals with disabilities, and caregivers. The assignment will last 2-3+ months, with full-time hours of either 9:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. or 8:00 a.m.-4:00 p.m.
Job Responsibilities:
- Perform high-volume data entry with accuracy and efficiency
- Scan, organize, and file documents
- Process and post checks in accordance with company procedures
- Verify and cross-check data for errors or inconsistencies
- Utilize Provider Direct software (training provided if needed)
- Collaborate with team members to support workflow and data management
- Assist with other administrative tasks as assigned
Candidate Qualifications:
- Prior experience in data entry, administrative support, or similar role preferred
- Familiarity with Provider Direct is a plus, but not required
- Strong typing speed, accuracy, and attention to detail
- Ability to handle high-volume work efficiently
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and general computer skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
