Our client, a global private equity firm, is seeking a Coordinator in New York, NY. They are looking for an individual who is organized, can be flexible and adapt well in a fast-paced environment, and has strong communication and collaboration skills. The hours are 9:00am-6:00pm with overtime, especially during events. This role is five days a week on-site
Responsibilities:
* Provide full administrative support to the Human Capital team, including phones, scheduling, travel, agendas, and expenses
* Act as a point-of-contact for recruiting efforts, employee lifecycle processes, and day-to-day team operations
* Serve as a key user of Workday (input hires, terminations, verifications, reporting)
* Draft a range of materials including offer letters, onboarding plans, PowerPoint presentations, and Excel reports
* Coordinate firm-wide events such as global associate orientation and assist with promotion processes, campus visits, and recruiting programs
* Liaise with recruiters, vendors, reception, and Corporate Services teams to ensure smooth communication and operations
Qualifications:
* 5-7+ years of administrative/assistant experience; capital or financial services preferred
* Strong organizational, multitasking, and prioritization skills with high attention to detail
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; analytical and quantitative orientation
* High discretion, integrity, and ability to engender trust across stakeholders
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Flexible, collaborative, entrepreneurial, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
* Event planning and operations experience a plus
Compensation/Benefits:
* Up to $125,000 base salary + overtime eligibility + bonus
