Our client, an architecture firm in midtown Manhattan, is seeking a Temporary to Permanent Receptionist to join their team. This role is 5 days in office from 8:30am-5:30pm and is a great opportunity for someone who is seeking to be an asset to a busy team.

Responsibilities:

Answer phones and greet guests
Coordinate and receive deliveries
Schedule conference rooms and assist with meeting set up
Contribute towards office management by ordering supplies and scheduling events
Ad hoc requests as needed by the office

Qualifications:

2+ years of experience in a front facing position
Familiar with Microsoft Office Suite
Personable individual who is eager to take initiative
Mature, professional, and willing to lend a helping hand

Compensation:

DOE up to 52k, hourly in line while temping
