Our client, a software company, is seeking a temporary part-time HR Filing Assistant to support their team in Rockville, MD for 1-2 weeks!
Responsibilities:
- Unbox and organize approximately 300 files.
- Use relevant information to file documents, maintaining accuracy.
- Prepare documents for the upcoming 401k audit.
- Maintain confidentiality and complete additional HR tasks as necessary.
Qualifications:
- Previous administrative experience is highly preferred.
- Paper filing experience is strongly desired!
- Adept multitasker with strong communication skills.
Position Information:
- $22/hr-$24/hr, DOE.
- Temporary for 1-2 starting 9/23.
- Office in Rockville, MD.
- Free parking
