A clinical-stage biotechnology company is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support the President and COO, with additional responsibilities for SVP-level executives. This position is based in Boston, MA, runs for 6 weeks with potential to extend, and starts ASAP. Pay is low to mid 40s/hr. Standard hours: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM. The hiring process includes a virtual and onsite interview.

Key Responsibilities
* Manage complex calendars and coordinate meetings, agendas, and materials for the President and COO.
* Arrange domestic and international travel.
* Prepare and process expense reports accurately and on time.
* Provide scheduling, travel, and expense support to SVP-level executives.
* Serve as backup EA to the Senior Executive Assistant supporting the CEO, COO, and CFO.
* Manage shifting priorities independently and anticipate executive needs.
* Ensure confidentiality agreements and related documentation are executed prior to meetings.
* Track and follow up on meeting action items.
* Lead or support special projects, conduct research, and maintain records as needed.

Candidate Qualifications
* 5+ years of administrative experience supporting senior executives; C-suite support preferred.
* Prior experience in the biotech industry required.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
* Skilled in managing calendars, coordinating travel across time zones, and handling expense reports with accuracy.
* Strong written and verbal communication across all levels.
* Independent, resourceful, and highly organized problem solver.
* Demonstrated confidentiality, discretion, and professionalism.
* Ability to multitask and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
* Flexible availability outside standard hours as needed.
* Bachelor's degree preferred.
