We are seeking an experienced Medical Office Manager to join a growing organization. This leadership role will be responsible for managing staff, overseeing daily operations, and ensuring the office runs efficiently and effectively.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with financial oversight, regulatory compliance, and administrative management. They should bring strong leadership skills with a proven ability to improve processes, support staff performance, and enhance overall organizational effectiveness.

What You'll Do

Team Leadership & Development

  • Lead and support office staff, ensuring high performance and professional growth.

  • Manage scheduling, performance feedback, and HR responsibilities.

  • Cultivate a supportive, team-focused culture and address workplace challenges constructively.

  • Host regular staff meetings to align the team on priorities and goals.

Financial & Business Operations

  • Oversee budgets, payroll, and accounts payable/receivable.

  • Monitor and improve operational workflows to maximize efficiency.

  • Negotiate contracts with vendors and service providers.

  • Analyze office metrics and financial reports to recommend improvements.

Client/Customer Experience & Workflow Management

  • Ensure smooth daily operations and a consistently positive client/customer experience.

  • Implement and refine office policies and procedures to streamline workflows.

  • Serve as a key point of contact for questions and concerns, resolving issues with professionalism.

  • Manage office technology platforms and ensure systems run effectively.

Regulatory & Compliance Oversight

  • Maintain adherence to applicable regulations and company policies.

  • Safeguard the integrity and confidentiality of records and sensitive information.

  • Monitor changes in industry standards and compliance requirements to ensure the organization remains current.

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years of management experience in an office, administrative, or operational setting.

  • Strong knowledge of compliance requirements and business processes.

  • Proven ability to lead teams, oversee financial operations, and drive organizational efficiency.

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
