Our client, a global investment bank, is seeking a Healthcare Business Coordinator to join their team. They are looking for a candidate who values prioritization and organization, is detail oriented, and who strives to excel in a fast-paced environment. The hours are 9:00am-5:00pm with flexibility as needed. This role is onsite, four days per week in Manhattan with one virtual day.
Responsibilities:
* Provide client-facing administrative support to Managing Directors, including calendar management, travel coordination, and expense processing
* Partner across departments (tech, legal, compliance) to streamline workflows and support internal initiatives
* Assist with training programs for Analysts and Associates, including curriculum coordination and scheduling
* Plan and manage logistics for internal trainings, teach-ins, social events, and external industry conferences
* Support business planning and strategic initiatives focused on revenue growth, client engagement, and group culture
* Create and manage systems to improve workflow efficiency and overall team productivity
Qualifications:
* 5-7+ years of experience in financial services, management consulting, or another high-volume professional services environment
* Bachelor's degree required
* Strong organizational and prioritization skills with high attention to detail
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; Concur experience preferred
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple projects
Compensation/Benefits:
* Up to $95K base salary + bonus eligibility
