About the Job:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the corporate office.

  • Manage administrative functions including answering the door, handling mail, and coordinating office services.

  • Support the executive team with day-to-day administrative needs.

  • Manage vendor relationships and procurement to ensure smooth office operations.

  • Maintain a professional and welcoming office environment, with strong attention to presentation.

About You:

  • 3+ years of relevant administrative or office management experience required.

  • Strong sense of ownership and ability to work independently.

  • Professional communication and interpersonal skills with a polished presentation.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).

  • Able to manage multiple priorities and maintain organization in a fast-paced environment.

About the Position:

  • Pay Rate (Temp): $21-$24/hr.

  • Hours: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM with a 30-minute lunch (40-hour weeks, potential for some overtime).

  • 100% on-site in North Silver Spring (free parking, accessible by bus).
