Our client, a European credit manager, is seeking a Receptionist/Office Coordinator to join their team. They are looking for a candidate who has very strong organization and multitasking skills, is tech-savvy, and can prioritize in a fast-paced environment. The hours are 9:00am-6:00pm and follows a hybrid schedule with four days in their office in Manhattan, NY.

Responsibilities:
* Greet and assist visitors, manage reception, and serve as the first point of contact for the office
* Order and stock kitchen and office supplies; support events including happy hours and holiday gatherings
* Coordinate catering, conference room setup, and meeting logistics
* Assist with printing, binding, and preparing pitch books and presentation materials
* Provide backup administrative support to investment and fundraising teams, including ad hoc requests
* Partner with the EA/Office Manager to ensure seamless day-to-day office operations

Qualifications:
* 2-3+ years of administrative or office support experience, ideally in a corporate or financial services setting
* Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred, though not required
* Highly organized with the ability to juggle shifting priorities and respond to last-minute requests
* Professional demeanor, strong communication skills, and a proactive, team-oriented mindset
* Flexible, low-ego, and willing to be hands-on with both administrative and operational tasks

Compensation/Benefits:
* Up to $85K base salary + discretionary bonus
