Our client, an investment management firm, is seeking an Executive Assistant to the Head of Business Development. They are looking for an individual who is tech savvy, has strong communication skills, and can adapt and be flexible in a fast-paced environment as needed. The hours are 8:30am-5:30pm with flexibility as needed and is onsite five days per week in Manhattan.

Responsibilities:
* Manage a highly complex and ever-changing executive calendar, coordinating across multiple internal and external stakeholders
* Monitor and manage executive inbox, prioritizing and flagging urgent items
* Arrange complex international and domestic travel, prepare detailed itineraries, and ensure all logistics are seamless
* Process expense reports and manage invoices for the team
* Coordinate team meetings, events, and conference logistics
* Provide back-up support coverage for partner EAs as needed while maintaining discretion and confidentiality

Qualifications:
* 8+ years of EA experience, ideally within financial services
* Proven track record managing demanding calendars and high-volume inboxes for senior executives
* High sense of urgency, exceptional organizational skills, and ability to stay composed under pressure
* Strong communication skills with the confidence to interact with senior stakeholders
* Personable, proactive, and adaptable - thrives in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment
* Bachelor's degree preferred but not required

Compensation/Benefits:
* Up to $130K base salary + bonus
