We are seeking a Payroll Specialist to join a dynamic team in Pittsburgh! Ideal candidates have at least 3 years of payroll experience, ADP Workforce Now expertise, and strong organizational skills.
Responsibilities:
- Process biweekly payroll for employees across the US, Canada, and the UK
- Maintain accuracy in HRIS and payroll systems, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local wage laws
- Oversee time and attendance tracking and prepare regular payroll reports
- Manage payroll documentation including tax withholdings, unemployment notices, and garnishments
- Support month-end close with payroll-related journal entries and accruals
- Assist employees with payroll, expense management, and corporate credit card program inquiries
Requirements:
- 3+ years of payroll experience
- Proficiency with ADP Workforce Now
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
