About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Recruiter to support hiring needs within the electronics and engineering fields. This contract position requires a strong ability to source, engage, and manage candidates in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will partner closely with hiring managers to ensure a streamlined and professional recruitment process.
Key Details
- Contract Length: 3 months to start, with potential for brief extension
- Start Date: Immediate
- Schedule: 3 days onsite
Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruitment for a variety of corporate roles across HR, finance, sales and engineering
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and selection criteria
- Develop and implement sourcing strategies to identify qualified candidates
- Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and manage candidate pipelines
- Coordinate interview scheduling and ensure a positive candidate experience
- Maintain accurate recruitment records and reports
Qualifications
- Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting
- Strong sourcing and talent identification skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a contract environment
- Based in Chicago and available to work onsite three days per week
