Our client, a global advisory firm, is seeking an Executive Assistant to support senior leaders within the healthcare investment division. They are seeking a tech savvy individual who embraces new AI technology within their role, can multitask and balance priorities day-to-day, has strong organization and communication skills, and works well in a fast-paced team environment. The hours are 9am-6pm, with a hybrid work schedule of two days remote, and three days in office at their beautiful space in Manhattan.
Responsibilities:
* Manage complex calendars and respond promptly to a high volume of scheduling changes and emails
* Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements and prepare detailed itineraries
* Plan logistics for the JPMorgan Healthcare Conference and internal/external client events
* Process expense reports and ensure timely submission
* Provide high-level client interaction, meeting coordination, and professional office support
* Collaborate with and provide backup coverage to other Executive Assistants as needed
Qualifications:
* 5-7+ years of executive assistant experience; financial services preferred but not required
* Bachelor's degree preferred, not required
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with AI tools a plus
* Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
* Strong judgment, professionalism, and ability to manage confidential information
* Excellent communication skills and ability to partner effectively with senior executives and clients
Compensation/Benefits:
* Up to $130K base salary + paid overtime + bonus
