Our client, an international nonprofit organization, is seeking a temporary to permanent Contracts & Grants Manager to join their team! If you have 8+ years of grants management experience within the non-profit industry, apply with your Word formatted resume now!
About the Job:
- Design and implement organization-wide protocols for contracts and grants, including templates, workflows, and compliance standards.
- Oversee the full contract lifecycle-drafting, negotiation, execution, renewals-and provide guidance to program and finance teams.
- Lead the administration of grant awards, ensuring compliance, timely deliverables, and cross-team coordination.
- Manage centralized systems and dashboards to track contracts, grants, and key performance metrics.
- Train staff on processes and foster a culture of compliance and accountability.
About You:
- A bachelor's degree is required.
- 8-10+ years of experience in grant management and contract operations required.
- Proven success building and managing contracts and grants infrastructure.
- Experience working with international contracts, nonprofit compliance, and funder regulations.
- Strong organizational, project management, and communication skills.
- Proficiency with SharePoint, Airtable, Salesforce required.
About the Position:
- Temp-to-hire role
- Full-time, exempt position.
- $40-$60/hr (DOE) during temporary period
- $100K-$130K annual salary upon hire
- Occasional travel may be required.
- Office in Washington, DC
