Location: Steele Creek, NC
Pay: $20-22/hour
Type: Contract-to-Hire
Role Summary
We are seeking a Bilingual Recruiting Assistant (English/Spanish) to support recruiting, onboarding, and administrative processes for a growing team in the Steele Creek area. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with people from diverse backgrounds, and has a passion for creating a positive experience for both candidates and employees.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the first point of contact for candidates, ensuring a professional and welcoming experience.
Support recruiters with sourcing strategies, candidate communication, and interview coordination.
Assist applicants throughout the hiring process, from initial contact through onboarding and weekly orientations.
Act as a liaison for Spanish-speaking candidates and employees to ensure clear communication and inclusivity.
Collaborate with internal teams to understand staffing needs and contribute to building a strong workforce.
Represent the company at community events and job fairs to attract talent.
Maintain organized records, manage scheduling, and provide administrative support to the recruiting team.
Qualifications
Fluency in English and Spanish (both written and verbal).
Prior experience in customer service, recruiting, HR, or administrative support.
Experience in construction, skilled trades, or a similar industry is a plus.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks.
Proactive, problem-solving mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
