Our client, a mission-driven senior living community is seeking a Bilingual Russian Front Desk Receptionist to support residents and families in a welcoming environment. This temporary role is located onsite in Newton, MA, with free parking provided. The position pays $23/hour, runs Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, and is expected to start ASAP for at least two weeks, with the possibility of extension. Key Responsibilities
- Greet residents, families, and visitors in a professional and compassionate manner.
- Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate staff members.
- Assist with scheduling appointments, tours, and events.
- Maintain visitor logs, call records, and related documentation.
- Provide general information about community services and amenities in both English and Russian.
Candidate Qualifications
- Fluency in Russian (required).
- Previous customer service, administrative, or reception experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional, reliable, and compassionate demeanor when working with older adults.
- Ability to work 100% onsite, Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
