A leading commercial real estate services company is seeking a Property Associate to join their on-site team in Cambridge, MA. This full-time role runs Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (with occasional flexibility for early vendor meetings) and offers $33/hour.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process accounts payable and assist with accounts receivable functions.
- Track administrative expenses and identify cost reduction opportunities.
- Manage lease documents, notifications, and filing systems.
- Respond to tenant requests via email, phone, and work order systems.
- Coordinate office operations, mail, meetings, events, and building access.
- Ensure certificates of insurance are accurate and up to date.
- Support audits, budget preparation, vendor contracts, and reporting.
- Assist with tenant onboarding, move-ins/outs, and general property team support.
Candidate Qualifications:
- High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred.
- At least 1 year of commercial real estate, property management, or office administration experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and willingness to learn new systems.
- Excellent communication, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask, work independently or in a team, and adapt to changing needs.
- Comfortable with occasional extended hours and physical requirements (lifting up to 35 lbs, using stairs, etc.).
