Our client, a mission-driven non-profit, is seeking an experienced Benefits Manager to provide temporary support. This role is ideal for someone with deep expertise in benefits administration who can step in immediately to manage day-to-day operations and support open enrollment.
What You'll Do:
* Serve as a benefits expert to managers and employees, providing guidance on policies and programs
* Support and manage open enrollment and related processes
* Administer and oversee day-to-day benefits operations, ensuring compliance and accuracy
* Collaborate with the team on projects and process improvements
What We're Looking For:
* 5+ years of experience with a strong focus on benefits administration
* Proficiency with UKG highly preferred
* Ability to manage a fast-paced workload with strong attention to detail
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Background as a Generalist or HRBP only if experience is benefits-focused
About the Position:
* Type: Contract - 5-month assignment
* Schedule: Hybrid, 2 days on-site, Monday-Friday, flexible hours between 8am-6pm (40-hour work week)
* Location: Washington, DC
* Compensation: $43/hr - $46/hr
