Our client, a global investment management firm, is seeking a Head of Administrative Services Support to join their company. They are seeking a confident individual with strong communication and organization skills, who can multitask while assisting multiple people in a fast-paced environment. The hours are 8am- 5:30/6:00pm with flexibility as needed. This role is onsite, 5 days per week in Manhattan.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage administrative groups
- Develop and implement best practices, standards, and training programs for 35+ administrative professionals
- Oversee onboarding, career development, and coaching to elevate team performance and engagement
- Act as escalation point for issue resolution, ensuring seamless support and collaboration firmwide
- Partner with senior management and Portfolio Managers to align administrative support with business priorities
- Step in as executive admin when needed, maintaining flexibility to support critical business needs
Qualifications:
- 12-15+ years of EA/administrative experience, including 5-8+ years in a leadership role
- Proven experience managing 10+ administrative professionals, ideally within financial services or professional services
- Strong track record of building, mentoring, and developing high-performing admin teams
- Ability to establish structure and drive operational excellence in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills
- Bachelor's degree strongly preferred
Compensation/Benefits:
- Up to $350K TC
