Our client is a family-owned manufacturing company located in Lansdale, PA, seeking an Administrative Coordinator to join their team. This role focuses on providing administrative support to their large sales team, coordinating events and travel, and effectively managing multiple priorities.

About You:

  • 3+ years of Sales Support or Administrative experience. Preferably in a small to mid-size private company, with a proven ability to support executives in fast-paced environments.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including strong working knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams; skilled in travel planning (flights, hotels, conferences).
  • Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask, manage competing priorities, and maintain strict confidentiality.
  • Self-starter with a collaborative mindset, capable of working independently and within virtual, team-based environments; demonstrates integrity, professionalism, and flexibility.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, with a pleasant and professional demeanor that reflects company values in all internal and external interactions.

About the Job:

  • Manage calendars, coordinate executive meetings, and prepare materials, agendas, and documents; act as a trusted advisor by anticipating needs and ensuring leaders are fully prepared.
  • Draft, review, and maintain confidential correspondence, reports, and presentations; handle internal and external communications including emails, calls, and message relay.
  • Plan and execute special events, customer visits, and leadership meetings; coordinate logistics such as travel, meals, swag items, and presentation materials.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and HR to support promotional activities, reporting, employee events, and customer engagement efforts.
  • Serve as the point of contact for facility concerns; maintain a clean, organized office environment and ensure refreshment supplies are stocked.

Our client is seeking a motivated and organized professional to join their team. This position is onsite five days a week at their Lansdale, PA office. It offers up to $29 per hour on a contract basis, with the potential to convert to a permanent role paying up to $62,000 annually, depending on experience.
