A boutique law firm with offices in New York, is seeking an experienced Temporary Executive Assistant to support its Founding Partner. This role is a high-level, fast-paced opportunity that requires a seasoned EA with proven experience supporting C-suite executives or HNWIs. The ideal candidate will be professional, polished, and resilient, with the ability to thrive under extremely high expectations.
Responsibilities include:
- Heavy calendar and schedule management.
- Extensive travel coordination and logistics.
- Serving as gatekeeper and point of contact for the Partner.
- Coordinating with Chicago-based EA to ensure seamless support.
- Handling sensitive information with discretion and poise.
- Limited personal assistance (light, occasional errands).
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of Executive Assistant experience supporting CEOs, Founding Partners, or HNWIs.
- Background in law firm or finance/investment banking environment strongly preferred.
- Bachelor's degree highly preferred.
- Polished, professional, with exceptional communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and thrive under pressure.
- Resilient, proactive, and highly discreet.
