Our client, a professional association, is searching for a temporary to permanent Global Health Program Specialist to support their team, starting ASAP! If you have experience supporting international programs and booking international travel, and are able to commute to Linthicum, MD, apply now!
Responsibilities:
* Coordinate international calendars, schedules, and travel itineraries.
* Research and book lodging and transportation arrangements.
* Process visas and expense reimbursements. Ensure compliance procedures are being followed.
* Attend leadership meetings and draft minutes and correspondence.
* Support the marketing and promotion of programs through material development and inquiry resolution.
* Complete additional projects and tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
* 2+ years of proven professional international travel coordination is required.
* A bachelor's degree is highly preferred, an associate's degree is required.
* Strong proficiency in the MS Office Suite is required.
* Self-starter with a strong eye for detail while managing a high volume workload.
Position Information:
* $27/hr-$28/hr, depending on experience
* Converts to a salary of $59k-$62k.
* Hybrid with 3 days per week onsite.
* Office in Linthicum, MD.
* Free parking!
* Hours are 8:00am-5:00pm
