Our client, a mission-focused housing organization, is seeking a temporary Senior HR Generalist to support their Employee Experience team in Arlington, VA!
About the Job:
- Primarily focus on open enrollment and HRIS administration.
- Handle the Open Enrollment event and manage all benefit plan changes and administration.
- Maintain the HRIS system, oversee any updates or troubleshooting, and process changes.
- Manage compliance for anything benefit-related and maintain knowledge of trends, regulatory changes, and other relevant HR-related developments.
- Collaborate and contribute to the department's goals through additional tasks as requested.
About You:
- 10+ years of human resource benefits and HRIS administration experience are required.
- A bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
- HR credentials are a plus!
- Self-starter with strong critical thinking skills and sound judgement.
- MS Suite proficiency with excellent communication skills.
About the Position:
- $45/hr-$60/hr, depending on experience.
- Temporary for a minimum of 3 months.
- Hybrid with 3 days/week in Arlington, VA.
- Starting ASAP!
