A transportation services company is seeking a Parking Lot Attendant to support operations at the Salem Parking Garage during the month of October. This is a temporary role paying $18/hour, with shifts scheduled Thursday through Sunday, 12:00pm-8:00pm, plus October 30th and 31st. The position is located in Salem, MA, and offers free parking. Candidates must have a personal vehicle and a cell phone with internet access to perform reporting tasks.
Job Responsibilities:
- Monitor and record the number of available parking spots every 15-30 minutes.
- Submit updates via phone or tablet using a provided web link.
- Provide light customer service, directing visitors to proper ticketing processes.
- Participate in a live team chat for check-ins and support.
- Wear provided safety vest and follow onsite operational protocols.
Candidate Qualifications:
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
- Personal cell phone with internet capability (Wi-Fi not guaranteed).
- Strong attention to detail and reliability in reporting data on schedule.
- Ability to interact professionally with visitors and provide customer support.
