A well-respected local law firm is seeking an organized and dependable Receptionist to join their growing team. Responsibilities:

• Serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors, ensuring a welcoming experience
• Answer phone calls, take accurate messages, and assist with appointment scheduling
• Manage incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and email correspondence
• Maintain organized filing systems, both digital and physical, for client and case records
• Input data and update information in firm databases
• Provide general clerical assistance to attorneys and office staff as needed

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational abilities
• Basic computer proficiency, including familiarity with email and common office applications
• Clear, professional communication skills
• No prior legal experience is required (training will be provided)
