Beacon Hill has partnered with a growing healthcare company in hiring a Contract Human Resources Business Partner to start immediately! This is a remote role for a 6 month engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support HR leadership and business leaders through all phases of mergers, acquisitions, and integrations, including due diligence, communications, onboarding, and change management.
  • Assist in workforce assessments, organizational structure reviews, and talent mapping for acquired entities.
  • Coordinate with HR teams on benefits, compensation, and policy harmonization post-acquisition.
  • Partner with business leaders to address day-to-day HR needs, including employee relations, performance management, and talent development.
  • Help implement HR programs and policies aligned with company culture and business objectives.
  • Analyze HR data and provide insights to support decision-making during organizational changes.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Support initiatives that drive engagement, retention, and positive employee experience during times of transition.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3+ years of HR experience, ideally with exposure to mergers & acquisitions, integrations, or organizational change.
  • Strong knowledge of HR fundamentals (employee relations, performance management, HR compliance).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to build trust across teams.
  • Highly organized with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Comfortable working in dynamic, fast-paced environments with evolving priorities.
  • Proficiency with HRIS systems and MS Office Suite; experience with HR analytics a plus.
