We are partnering with a privately held investment firm in Chicago to identify a Chief of Staff to support the CEO and executive leadership team. This is a high-impact, strategic role for an accomplished professional who excels at translating vision into action, driving alignment across teams, and ensuring flawless execution of key initiatives. The Chief of Staff will act as a trusted advisor and operator - providing analytical insight, overseeing strategic projects, and optimizing communication and decision-making across the organization.
Key Focus Areas:
- Drive strategic business initiatives from concept through execution.
- Support executive leadership with data-driven insights and critical analysis.
- Enhance cross-functional collaboration to advance company goals.
- Improve organizational processes and performance systems.
- Lead and execute confidential and high-priority projects.
Ideal Background:
- 5-8 + years of experience in business management, consulting, strategy, or operations within professional services, financial services preferred.
- Proven ability to synthesize complex issues into clear, actionable solutions.
- Exceptional communication and executive presentation skills.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing competing priorities.
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
