Our client, a leading Boston-based security technology company, is seeking a Temporary Executive Assistant to support the CEO. This is a hybrid role and requires on-site presence three days per week. The position will start ASAP and run for approximately 12+ weeks. The schedule is Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM and compensation is $40/hour.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize the CEO's calendar, scheduling, and meeting logistics
- Anticipate executive needs and manage communications with discretion
- Coordinate with the executive team and provide proactive support
- Prepare and edit documents using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Teams
- Ensure smooth daily operations and uphold a polished, professional environment
Candidate Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience supporting C-level executives
- Highly professional demeanor with exceptional communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Teams
- Self-starter with strong organizational and prioritization skills
- Dependable, adaptable, and thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented culture
