Project Manager

Job Type: Temp-to-Perm
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8 AM-5 PM (Open to 7 AM-4 PM)

We are looking for a Project Manager to take ownership of projects from kickoff through completion. This role oversees scope, schedule, budget, and quality while serving as the central link between clients, internal teams, and vendors to ensure smooth execution and delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Create and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources, anticipating risks and resolving issues quickly.

• Act as the main communicator with clients, contractors, and internal staff, providing regular updates and ensuring expectations are met.

• Handle order processing, purchase orders, submittals, and change orders with accuracy.

• Review contracts and project documents, identifying scope details and potential conflicts.

• Coordinate field prep, installation requirements, and occasional site visits to ensure work aligns with plans.

• Maintain detailed records, shop drawings, and documentation from start through closeout.

• Support continuous improvement by applying lessons learned and maintaining strong customer relationships.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree preferred in project management, construction management, or related field.

• 3+ years of project management experience, ideally in construction or a similar industry.

• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.

• Skilled communicator with the ability to guide clients and internal teams.

• Proficiency with project management tools and Microsoft Office.

• Ability to adapt quickly and travel to job sites when required.
