Our client, a consulting firm in Washington, DC, is seeking a temporary Executive Assistant to support their CMO in their busy office!
Responsibilities:
- Manage a complex priority-driven calendar.
- Aid with changing and competing priorities.
- Handle all aspects of meetings including scheduling and minutes.
- Support special projects and document management.
- Provide support through additional tasks as required.
Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience supporting the Navy or within a federal government setting are required.
- Active DoD Secret Clearance is required.
- Ability to prioritize workload, handle multiple tasks, and meet tight deadlines.
- Proven self-starter with creative problem-solving skills.
Position Information:
- Pays 39/hr.
- Temporary through 12/15, starting ASAP!
- 100% on-site.
- Hours are 8am-4:30pm or 8:30am-5pm.
- Office in Washington, DC.
