Our client, a government institution, is seeking a temporary to permanent Proposal Assistant for their office in Fairfax, VA!
Responsibilities:
- Support proposal formatting and drafting.
- Write, revise, and update content as needed.
- Assist with the lifecycle of the proposal by tracking activities, coordinating meetings, and monitoring component statuses.
- Maintain reusable proposal content and report on lessons learned to improve future proposals.
- Provide support and assist with proposal-related tasks as required.
Qualifications:
- 1+ years of federal government proposal writing experience are required.
- A bachelor's degree is required for this position.
- Interest in the federal proposal space with a desire for growth.
- Proficiencies in MS Suite and business development software.
- Excellent writing, communication, and organizational skills required.
Position Information:
- $25/hr-$28/hr, depending on experience.
- Temporary to permanent position.
- If converted to permanent, $60k.
- Hours are 8:00am-5:00pm
- 100% on site in Fairfax, VA.
